Wilton Police say a resident on Sturges Ridge Road reported noticing two young adult males wandering around his front yard when reviewing his home security camera footage on Monday, Aug. 5 around 5 a.m.

The man claims the two males were out of the camera’s view but in the area where two of the residents’ unsecured vehicles were parked, police say.

After about 10 minutes, the two males reappeared before walking down to the driveway and out of sight, according to police.

No items were missing from the property, and neither of the vehicles had sustained any damage, police say.

The resident’s 18-year-old children and a 17-year-old friend that spent the night were able to identify the teens as Cole Judelson and William Holmquist, both of Wilton, police say.

The teens were arrested and charged with third-degree criminal trespassing. Both were released on a Promise to Appear and are scheduled to return to Norwalk Superior Court on Thursday, Aug. 15.
